Please note that custom orders, electrical components, and special-order engine parts are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the appropriate return address (UK or US warehouse).

  3. Securely package the item and include your RAN inside the parcel.

  4. Ship the item using a tracked courier service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

4. Refunds
